I, as the artist...
- maintain the rights to all my work in any digital or print form under the name Paichi, PaichiTaron and Senpaichi.
- reserve the right to post finished pieces to my blog/portfolio for advertising purposes, unless specified otherwise.
- maintain the right to turn down any commission.You, as the client...
- has to be 18 years or older (Paypal policy)
- will receive a DIGITAL COPY of the commissioned artwork, no shipping involved (unless discussed beforehand).
- does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

★ PAYMENT & REFUNDS
- Payment is made via Paypal invoice only.
- Payment will be made in USD $.
- If no payment is made within a week I reserve the right to cancel the commission and re-use the sketch for personal use/YCH.
- I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.
- Commissions may take up to two or more weeks to complete depending on complexity.
