By commissioning me, you agree the following:
I, as the artist...
• maintain the rights to all my work in any digital or print form under the name Paichi, PaichiTaron and Senpaichi.
• reserve the right to post finished pieces to my blog/portfolio for advertising purposes, unless specified otherwise.
• maintain the right to turn down any commission.You, as the client...
• has to be 18 years or older (Paypal policy)
• will receive a DIGITAL COPY of the commissioned artwork, no shipping involved (unless discussed beforehand).
• does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI or future inventions in the space.
★ How to commission me:
• Check the front page for my commission status.
• Access the google form and fill out the necessary information.
• I will respond via e-mail (or other chosen way of communication) with either approval or denial of your request and provide a quote.
★ PAYMENT & REFUNDS
• Payment is made via Paypal invoice only.
• Payment will be made in USD $.
• If no payment is made within a week I reserve the right to cancel the commission and re-use the sketch for personal use/YCH.
• I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.
• Commissions may be delivered same day or may take up to two or more weeks to complete depending on complexity.
